• Our application process is more than just an interview

We take our application process seriously, because choosing a new role matters, for you and for us. From first contact to your first weeks on the job, we focus on clarity, openness and a good mutual fit. You get the time and space to understand our culture, our way of working and the people you may work with.

Step 1: Your application

You’ve found a vacancy that fits your profile, or one of our recruiters has contacted you. Either way, this is where the conversation starts.

  • Step 2: First contact

One of our recruiters gets in touch for an initial call or email exchange. We discuss your experience, your interests and what you’re looking for. If there’s a clear match, we plan a more in-depth conversation.

Step 3: Meeting the team

You meet HR and your potential future colleagues. These conversations are concrete and open. We talk about the role, the team and the day-to-day reality, so you get a realistic view of what working at Beaulieu means. For some roles, an additional assessment may be part of the process.

  • Step 4: Contract talks

If we see a strong fit on both sides, we make you an offer. We discuss practical matters such as your start date, working conditions and what you need to do your job well.

Step 5: Onboarding

From day one, you take ownership in your role, supported by a structured onboarding. You get to know the organisation, your responsibilities and the way we work, so you can contribute with confidence.

  • Step 6: Checking in

After your first weeks, your HR manager checks in with you. We take the time to hear how things are going and address any questions, because a good start matters in the long run.
