You’ve seen a vacancy that you like or you've received a call from our recruiters because you're a perfect fit? Great! Let's organize a first introduction!

 

 

 

 

 

  • Step 2: First call or email

    One of our recruiters will reach out to you to discuss the positions you're interested in. During this initial contact, we’ll review your resume and have a brief exchange of thoughts. If there's enough alignment between our interests, we'll schedule a more extended follow-up meeting.

Step 3: Time for the interviews

To make sure the chances of success are as high as possible, you won’t just meet an HR-representative. You’ll also meet the people you are going to work with. This is an ideal opportunity to gauge your fit with our organisation and establish personal connections with your new team. Additionally, for certain roles, there may be an internal or external assessment center involved, which may include practical exercises and online psychometric assessments.

    You think we are the perfect next step in your career and we would love to have you on our team. We'll send you an offer and discuss all the practical details, such as your start date, work requirements and everything you need to feel comfortable in your new job.

We ensure a seamless transition with a smooth onboarding process, ensuring your start at Beaulieu is flawless!

    After a few weeks, your HR manager will plan a meeting with you to see how you’re settling in and solve any practical problems you might have. Remember; we’re your fans and we’re here to help you grow in your new environment.
