A new challenge? 


Become our new Global Market and Product Development Manager for Yarns Division, and actively collect the voice of our customers, Tiers 1 and OEM to identify and develop business opportunities. 


Location : Yarns Comines (Belgium and France)


Main responsibilities and key tasks


We are looking for a Market and Product Development Manager who is in charge of overseeing marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. He/She will report to the Sales Director of the Yarns Division.

Responsibilities : 

  • Understand and define market structure & Environment
  • Manage Market development project
  • Identify areas needing improvement, devising strategies to find new opportunities and coordinating with different departments to ensure profitable growth.
  • Collect market information and voice of customers, architects, designers, OEM in close connexion with sales team, on a global scale (main activity being Europe and Asia)
  • Exploit market information and translate it into identified product properties and Roadmap
  • Actively work to identify new application and opportunity closely with Sales department
  • Special attention to promote and develop our substainable roadmap
  • Meet and establish contact and partnership with stakeholders, mainly influencers, susbscriptor (Automotive : OEM, Contract : designers, architects) 
  • Lead strategic and global projects related to business development


Competencies and key tasks


  • You hold a Master in Business with a strong appetite for technical subjects and a relevant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar function, preferably in the flooring or textile industry 
  • You are able to work autonomously and in organized manner and a very strong team player
  • You are communicative and customer-oriented
  • Marketing abilities and analytical strengths are important to assess market data and evaluate the production strategy
  • You are able to work in different projects at the same time, project management capability is essential




  • Fluent in English
  • Good practise of Dutch and/or French will be a strong asset
