A new challenge?
Beaulieu Creative, an internal startup of the Beaulieu International Group, is seeking a self-driven and proactive Sales Manager to drive our expansion into the entertainment market segment across Europe, with a special focus on theme parks and museums. We are looking for a sales professional who embodies the Challenger sales methodology—someone who can challenge customers' existing beliefs, introduce new insights, and present our solutions as essential to their success. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and understanding of the entertainment industry , more specific themed entertainment parks and/or museums, a strong network within this industry, and the ability to think and work like a designer.
While our initial focus is on the European market, we have ambitions to expand into the US and Middle East. We prefer a freelance engagement, but payroll is an option for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Startup mindset: Operate effectively in a startup environment, applying strategic thinking to develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the European and US or M-E market. Demonstrate the ability to work independently around your own agenda, focused on delivering results.
- Market expertise & networking: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the European entertainment sector from built-up past experiences to identify and target new business opportunities, excelling in building a robust sales funnel.
- Challenger approach: Lead sales conversations by challenging potential customers' existing beliefs and providing new perspectives on immersive visitor experiences within the theme park and museum sectors.
- Design-centric solutions: Work closely with prospects and/or clients to understand their needs in creating immersive visitor experiences and position Beaulieu Creative's offerings as innovative solutions to their most pressing challenges.
- Sales & conversion: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on driving results through a Challenger approach.
- Proactive communication: Leverage excellent communication skills to guide both internal and external conversations, ensuring clear and impactful exchanges that lead to successful outcomes.

- Challenger Sales Expertise: Proven experience with the Challenger sales methodology, with a demonstrated ability to shift customer perspectives and drive decision-making.
- Market Knowledge and understanding: Extensive knowledge of the European or US theme park and museum industries.
- Industry Network: A strong and active network of contacts within the entertainment sector in Europe or US.
- Design Thinking: Ability to think like a designer, understanding client needs and translating them into innovative solutions.
- Startup Mindset: Able to work independently in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strategic & Proactive: Strong strategic thinking skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in converting leads into deals and achieving sales targets.
