Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the identified sales objectives.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
- Together with the global sales director, develop sales strategy for the region and set sales objectives. Execute these sales objectives by developing and maintaining close relationships with key customers.
- Translate the sales objectives for the region to SMART objectives for the 3 area sales managers that you will be leading.
- Set budget, monitor & report for the respective parts of your region for sales volume, sales revenue, sales contribution, pricing, samples, delivery leadtimes, etc. Pro-actively takes required measures as required to achieve the respective objectives.
- Coordinate the maintenance and expansion of customer base for existing and future retail/wholesale and contract business in your region. Determine sales opportunities/prospection and realize them.
- Make monthly forecast for region
- Contributing towards the Company’s product and market development plans by collecting customer feedback and market research (keeping up to date with products and competitors)
- Contributing to increase the brand awareness in your region through efficient use of available marketing tools
- Contribute to international sales meetings
- Responsible for major accounts (KAM)
- Coach – Motivate & Develop your team members
- Weekly reporting to Global Sales Director Wood/LVT
- Attending professional fairs and organize local events

- Willing and able to travel within sales area up to 80% of the time, additional trips to HQ for sales meetings and product trainings for Key accounts together with the technical project manager
- Good knowledge of MS Office & preferably CRM experience & 5 years experience in Building Industries
