Raw Material Project Specialist

Main responsibilities and key tasks:

• Research & analyze process and product parameters in collaboration with various departments.

• Identify and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• Develop and test innovative concepts and methods.

• Design and execute experiments and data analysis to support improvements.

• Coordinate and implement successful innovations within the organization.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share knowledge and insights.

• Support the development of new products and market-driven solutions.

Competencies and skills: 

• You have a MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymers, Textile Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Creativity and an innovative mindset.

• Experience with experimental research and data-driven decision-making.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• A proactive and structured approach to work.

• Affinity with an international working environment and willingness to travel within Europe.

Languages: 

Proficiency in English and Dutch, with a knowledge of French.
