Do you enjoy optimizing production processes and turning technology into tangible results on the shop floor? At Beaulieu, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Fibres) who strengthens operations through engineering, automation and continuous improvement.
What you will do
As Process Engineer (Fibres), you act as a key specialist in process development, technology implementation and operational improvement. You translate technical knowledge into practical solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and support the evolution towards smart, data-driven operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing practical solutions and methodologies to improve operations
- Implementing and optimizing systems such as MES and data mining to ensure efficient, reliable processes
- Contributing to technology-driven projects
- Supporting production in preparation, process development and optimization to ensure stable quality
- Coordinating manufacturing requirements and conducting operational walkthroughs
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and applying them where relevant
Who we are looking for
- You hold an engineering degree
- You bring a first experience in a production or industrial environment in a similar role.
- You have a solid understanding of production processes, technology and continuous improvement tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, project management or business process management is a plus.
- You are hands-on, analytical and a strong problem solver.
- You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders across sites.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
