As our Pricing Expert, you will be responsible for: 
•    Building, steering and executing a strategic pricing roadmap within a division
•    Executing the Pricing Excellence plan and lead various pricing and commercial projects
•    Steering projects with smart KPI to drive profitable growth

This is what we expect from you:

  • You are the right hand of the Sales Director &  you will support the Sales team in rolling out the sales strategy
  • You will support the sales team in the implementation of the CRM tool
  • You will support the sales teamin capturing and structuring the customer nees regarding service needs, product needs, complaints, certification needs, ...
  • You will be the laison between the sales team and the marketing, product management, credit control and complaints departement and you build a commercial pricing mindset
  • You assume the local business and functional lead role and you have the divisional ownership of the pricing projects (Value Based Pricing, Pricing System, CPQ (configure, price, quote)).
  • You Translate the pricing roadmap into actionable governance, guidelines, system updates and templates for the division.
  • Together with the central Pricing Manager, you translate analysis into future improvements and projects.
  • You support other commercial projects (e.g. Customer Segmentation, Go-To-Market) to ensure that the quality of the projects is guaranteed.


Things that define you: 
•    You have a good understanding of all aspects of pricing and margins.
•    You have the capability to guide people through change processes. 
•    You have a hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership.
•    You have strong analytical skills and are experienced with project management.

•    You hold a master’s degree.
•    You have a minimum of 4 year experience in pricing or a similar position.
•    Preferably, you are skilled in: 

     -  successfully deploying and actively using Value Based Pricing methodology, pricing systems.
     - managing a portfolio of projects across people, process, technology, governance, etc. to meet business needs. 
     - integrating other initiatives such as Product portfolio Management, Customer Segmentation, Go To Market.
