About Beauflor

Beauflor, a key division within our Group, is a leading provider of innovative flooring solutions. To strengthen our local procurement capabilities, we are seeking a dedicated Local Purchasing Manager who will align local purchasing with Group strategies while driving operational excellence.

Main responsibilities and key tasks:

• Manage total spend within the Beauflor division, focusing on locally sourced indirect categories (e.g., industrial equipment & services, marketing tools, facility management).
• Ensure seamless implementation of group procurement strategies and contracts.
• Execute the full Source-to-Pay cycle efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and prevent procurement leakages (e.g. maverick buying).
• Serve as the key link between the Beauflor division and Group Procurement, influencing stakeholders and aligning procurement with business needs.
• Maintain high-quality procurement master data and ensure governance standards are met.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance using KPIs and analytical tools.
• Support audits, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance through preventive and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Finance to improve spend visibility, budget control, and forecasting.

Your profile

• Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and procurement best practices.
• Experience managing local categories while supporting group-wide initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the full Source-to-Pay process.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and change management.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
