We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Coordinator.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you play a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing our relationships with key customers.
An overview of your responsibilities:
- Providing professional support and service to our customers and Sales Managers.
- Processing and following up on customer orders from A to Z, in your market segments and regions.
- Working closely with colleagues from other departments such as Supply Chain, Production Planning, Quality and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed customer expectations.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts and maintaining them.
- Proactively identifying and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Informing customers about our products and services.
- Proactively contributing to the development and monitoring of forecasts.
- Supporting in reporting Sales KPIs and preparing management meetings.
- Being alert to inefficiencies in the order/customer service process and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
- Gradually taking on the role of Internal Sales where you independently manage a customer portfolio and manage/assign new leads.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience in key account management and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and a CRM package (Salesforce) or eager to quickly learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
