Digital Marketing Specialist (temporary)

Are you a digital marketing specialist?

Are you available between May and September to support our marketing team? 

Main responsibilities and key tasks

• Create visually compelling graphics for both online (website, digital screens, Spencer, Social Media, intranet, videos) and offline channels (brochures, leaflets, banners, visit cards, logo’s).
• Conduct quality checks on graphics to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Work closely with divisional teams to understand their needs and challenges in the fields. Develops and implements digital marketing initiatives that directly support sales efforts, providing tools, resources and content for effective lead generation and conversion. Creates and optimizes digital assets such as sales collateral, presentations and case studies, to align with the sales process and enhance effectiveness.
• In collaboration with internal teams, such as HR and leadership, spearhead the visual storytelling of key corporate messages, updates and announcements effectively on various channels.
• Collaborate closely with our digital team to provide insights on UX Designs and provides support to integrate data on digital platforms.

Competencies and skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven track record of digital marketing skill through previous experience or current portfolio, showcasing capabilities over a wide range of digital and print design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with UX is a must.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Open mindset and helpful nature, with a natural desire to help others do well.

Languages needed: English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a big plus.
