A new challenge?
As our Technical Manager you are responsible for leading the process engineering team in designing, optimizing, and implementing Yarns manufacturing processes.

 

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Mentor the process engineering team.
  • Describes the production processes, based on input of various departments and through the analysis of production performance parameters, in order to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and losses of quality and return.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to the production team for troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
  • Analyse process data and implement corrective actions to address deviations and non-conformances.
  • Develops proposals to optimize and improve existing processes, in order to contribute to the new, top-quality and cost efficient production processes.
  • Focus on process improvement, flexibility improvement between machines, to do deep study on deep-rooted problem.
  • Define and check the right parameters for new product developments together with development team.
  • Keep informed about new evolutions in yarns manufacturing.
  • Takes care and is responsible for that safety, health and environmental legislation are being respected by subordinates and cooperates therefore with SHE Manager.
  • Involved in and support new innovation and technical reform of products/process/machines.

 

Competences and skills

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering
  • You have 10+ years manufacturing process management working experience (preferred in materials engineering industry)
  • You are well versed in project management
  • You have good leadership and motivation skills
  • You have good abilities of problem analysis and solving
  • You have good organization and communication skills
  • You have ability to work in a structured way and under stressful conditions

 

Languages

  • You have a good knowledge of English.
