Main responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Implement: Design and implement effective knowledge-sharing and training programs.
  • Plan and Organize: Assist in creating and organizing training and development programs to boost individual and organizational performance, both outsourced and in-house.
  • Guide and Advise: Provide guidance and advice to learners on their development journeys.
  • Develop Learning Journeys: Create learning calendars and journeys for individuals and specific groups.
  • Support Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Talent Development & Learning function, including training administration and registration.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess training effectiveness to ensure skills and techniques are incorporated into employees’ work behavior.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and tools in employee development.
  • Key User Role: Act as the key user for our learning management system and support its global roll-out, including learning administration.
  • Inspire Learning: Manage our learning platforms and inspire colleagues to sign up for online courses.

 

Competencies and skills:

  • Experience in Learning & Development: Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques, including learning management software and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong Communication: English and Dutch (written and spoken).
