Internship Digital Business Management

We are seeking a motivated Digital Business Management intern to investigate, document, and visualize our standard operational processes, focusing on our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The goal is to create clear, structured process documentation and contribute to the development of a user-friendly tool to help operators understand MES and the standard process flow.

🛠️ What will you be doing as an ICT MES applications intern?

• Investigate and analyze our existing standard MES processes.
• Map out workflows (using BPMN or similar tools).
• Document processes and standard operating procedures in an accessible way.
• Collaborate with our team to define requirements for a digital tool that explains MES and standard flows to operators.
• Contribute to the design and/or content creation of the tool (e.g., interactive guides, visual flows).

👤 Who are we looking for?

• Interest in bridging business and IT, especially in manufacturing/operations contexts.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and/or IT project management (a plus).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical processes into understandable content.

🎓 Trainee Program

• We foresee training to understand our programming for process automatization (Archestra IDE), with HMI and our business practices.
• You will get training for our MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to guide you through our system.
• You will have the opportunity to visit a production plant.
