We are seeking an International Sales Manager to strengthen our team and drive our growth strategy forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding into new geographical markets, attracting new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and successfully promoting our innovative products.

Main responsibilities and key tasks: discover, attract and expand 

As an International Sales Manager, you will:

  • Identify and develop new markets, spotting promising commercial opportunities. 
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and local agents.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored product solutions through close collaboration.
  • Work alongside brand managers, designers, and weavers to create innovative, customer-focused products.
  • Receive full support from our customer service team for seamless order management and delivery coordination.
  • Play an active role in the successful launch of new products, markets, and business segments.

 

📍 You will spend around 60% of your time on the road—meeting customers, engaging with prospects, and attending international trade fairs. The rest of your time will be spent working from our modern office in Waregem.

 

Competencies and skills 

  • Expertise in B2B2C environments: Backed by 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in textiles, interior design, or related industries.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Understanding the needs of end consumers in hospitality, retail, or residential spaces and translating these insights into commercial opportunities for our customers, the furniture manufacturers.
  • Strong commercial drive: A results-oriented mindset with sharp negotiation skills and the confidence to navigate high-stakes business discussions.
  • Independent yet team-oriented: Knowing when to take initiative and when to engage colleagues for the best outcomes.
  • A sharp eye for trends: Keeping a close watch on developments in interior design and proactively responding to evolving market dynamics.
