Join our team as SuccessFactors Specialist and help us take HR processes to the next level.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
• You will help implement new and expand existing modules of HRIS (SuccessFactors), for this you will work closely with the HRIS Process Manager
• You will monitor the accuracy and completeness of HR data in our HRIS system and assist your international colleagues in resolving errors/issues
• You help and train users in the use of our HRIS system
• You analyze questions about data, reports from the HRIS system and deliver these on time
• You support in a wide range of administrative HRIS tasks
Competencies and skills
• You’ve build a good knowledge on some or all modules of SuccessFactors (for example: EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, GMPM, Compensation, …)
• Data uploads have no secrets
• Great passion for HR processes, data and systems are essential. Excel is no stranger to you
• You find working in an international context fascinating
• You like to be part of a team but can also work independently
• You are eager to learn, communicative, and like to take initiative
• You have at least a bachelor degree
