Strategic Focus
- Lead transformation and operations of Beaulieu’s hybrid IT landscape (data centers, cloud, networks).
- Define and execute infrastructure platform roadmap, and foster the transition of the legacy environment to the new Infrastructure For Future (IFF) stack.
- Ensure stability, security, and alignment with business needs.
- Drive a federated platform model with embedded risk management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Mission
- Lead strategic planning and transformation for the IT Infrastructure Platform Team.
- Define the vision and create a clear, actionable roadmap to support scalability and agility.
- Develop a modular, secure, and future-ready platform architecture and service model for both legacy and cloud-native environments.
- Oversee operational excellence, managing both build and run activities, and provide decisive leadership during incidents.
- Embed cybersecurity and regulatory standards into all infrastructure operations (governance & compliance).
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships using FinOps principles; build strong partnerships with strategic solution providers.
- Foster team leadership and development, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate infrastructure strategies and updates effectively to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
- University degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Data Center, Cloud, or Network Management in business-critical IT environments.
- Certification in IT Risk Management, with expertise in embedding risk controls.
- Proven knowledge on Vendor Management and Service Delivery Management
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure landscape and trends.
- Strong leadership and strategic mindset for driving transformation and innovation.
- Effective delegation and calm, decisive action under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business domains.
- Fluency in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.
