Help lead the Delivery of Business-Critical ICT Programs
As a Program Manager at Beaulieu International Group, you take ownership of complex, business-critical programs that connect strategy with execution. You lead cross-departmental and cross-divisional initiatives, align stakeholders around shared objectives, and help shape value that lasts across our organisation.What you will do
- Lead programs from initiation to closure, coordinating multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.
- Define and manage program scope, roadmap, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and key decisions.
- Drive alignment between business departments, divisions, ICT teams, project managers, and external partners.
- Take ownership of program governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Prepare steering committee materials, executive updates, status reports, and escalation proposals.
- Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives, divisional priorities, solution design, ICT delivery capacity, and operational readiness.
- Assess and manage program-level changes, evaluating their impact on scope, timing, budget, quality, resources, adoption, and expected business value.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and build commitment across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business adoption by overseeing communication, training, documentation, support alignment, acceptance activities, and hypercare.
- Drive improvement in program delivery practices and contribute to a structured and effective execution culture.
What you bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, senior project management, transformation management, or a comparable complex delivery environment.
- Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, executive communication, budgeting, planning, reporting, benefits tracking, and risk management.
- Experience working across multiple business functions, divisions, ICT domains, suppliers, and technologies.
- Solid understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, IT governance, portfolio management, and ITIL principles.
- Practical experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, communication, and follow-up.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

What You Bring
· 7+ years of experience in program management, senior project management, transformation management, or a similar complex delivery role.
· Strong background in program governance, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, planning, budgeting, reporting, benefits tracking, and risk management.
· Experience working across multiple business departments, divisions, ICT domains, teams, suppliers, and technologies.
· Understanding of program and project delivery methodologies, Agile, waterfall, IT governance, portfolio management, and ITIL principles.
· Practical knowledge and usage of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar capabilities, to improve meeting preparation, reporting, documentation, communication, analysis, and follow-up.
· Structured, pragmatic, result-oriented, communicative, politically sensitive, stress-resilient, improvement-driven, and confident in using AI productivity capabilities to work more effectively.
· Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.
