What will you be doing as our ICT MES Functional Expert?

  • You will work in our MES Applications Team and cooperate with:
    • the MES business partners,
    • engineers responsible for Automation and Technology processes,
    • ERP-PP/QM application team members
  • You will analyze AS-IS operations processes and optimize the TO-BE automated production operations together with the head of departments and other implementation partners.
  • Gradually you can translate the customer’s requirements to the existing MES template solutions.
  • You are also responsible for writing and presenting (strategic) system blueprint documents in understandable language for our customers.
  • You master one or more Wonderware modules or MES functionalities such as: work order preparation, work order execution, OEE, datacap such as energy.
  • You understand and can implement the integration with ERP-level and PLC-level
  • You are responsible for testing and documenting the developed solutions, as well as the training of key-users and operators.
  • You analyze recurrent incidents and propose solutions to the technical development team.


Do you have what it takes to become our ICT MES Functional Expert? 

You have

  • a professional experience of at least 2 years in production management
  • a clear interest in MES software (shopfloor production process)
  • excellent analytical skills 
  • a good understanding of operations processes as well as current technology
  • a solid knowledge of English, Dutch and French
  • Team player attitude;
    • having good communication skills 
    • can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve results
    • connecting with the functional and technical experts is essential for you
  • Knowledge of Wonderware software package, MS SQL is a strong plus but not a requirement
