Join our HRIS team and help us take HR processes to the next level.
Main responsibilities and key tasks
- You will help implement new and expand existing modules of HRIS (SuccessFactors), for this you will work closely with the HRIS Process Manager
- You will monitor the accuracy and completeness of HR data in our HRIS system and assist your international colleagues in resolving errors/issues
- You help and train users in the use of our HRIS system
- You analyze questions about data, reports from the HRIS system and deliver these on time
- You support in a wide range of administrative HRIS tasks
Competencies and skills
- You have at least a bachelor degree
- Passion for HR processes, data and systems are essential. Excel is no stranger to you
- You find working in an international context fascinating
- You like to be part of a team but can also work independently
- You are eager to learn, communicative, and like to take initiative
Languages
Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
