Group Marketing Director

Division:  Group Marketing
Location:

Waregem, BE

Date:  4 Sept 2026

About the role

As Group Marketing Director, you lead Beaulieu’s central marketing team. Guided by strategic insights, you act as the group’s marketing center of excellence, shaping marketing strategy and supporting divisions in building and executing their growth plans.
In parallel, you oversee the shared marketing services within Beaulieu, including events, graphic design, and digital marketing, ensuring every division benefits from consistent, high-quality execution.
You lead a team of marketing professionals, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership to translate ideas into impact and ensure that both strategy and execution meet the highest standards.

This is a central role within the organization, working closely with teams across all divisions. You serve as a trusted partner to General Managers of the divisions within Beaulieu, providing the guidance and expertise needed to drive effective marketing decisions, while collaborating closely with central senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with the group’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • You collaborate closely with divisional management and marketeers to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth. Acting as a strategic partner, you help identify where marketing can create the greatest impact, align priorities, and turn direction into measurable action.
  • You act as a trusted marketing partner to senior management and division leaders, translating their commercial priorities into marketing action, and representing marketing's voice in group-level decision-making.
  • You lead, coach, and develop the central marketing team, bringing together expertise in CRM, events, graphic design, and digital marketing. You set clear priorities and ensures the team operates as both a center of excellence and a trusted shared services partner to the divisions.
  • Together with divisional marketing teams, you lead the execution of creative, high-impact campaigns across the group, translating strategic priorities into initiatives that deliver results.
  • In close collaboration with divisional marketing and sales teams, you ensure marketing acts as a true commercial growth partner. You provide the insights, tools, and content that help sales engage customers more effectively, while aligning messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • You oversee relationships with external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and technology providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximizing the value of external expertise across the group.
  • You own the group marketing budget, allocating resources across shared services and divisional needs, and ensuring spend translates into measurable ROI.
  • You lead the group’s CRM center of excellence, developing the capabilities, standards, and support needed to maximize the value of Salesforce CRM across the organization. By driving adoption, enabling best practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you ensure CRM is leveraged consistently and effectively across departments.
  • You work closely with the Corporate Communications Director to ensure strong alignment between marketing and communication efforts across the organization. By coordinating branding initiatives, organizational events, and strategic communications, you drive consistency, leverage synergies, and avoid duplication of efforts across the group.

What you bring

  • At least 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role. Experience within an international, multi-business organization with a central/decentralized operating model is a plus.
  • Strategic marketing: you know how to segment markets, define positioning, and translate market insights into a marketing strategy and plan aligned with business needs. Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Digital marketing: SEO/GEO, paid advertising, email marketing and automation, and digital experience and platforms. Solid understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Lead generation: You know how to design and drive campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel.
  • You are a trusted partner who operates seamlessly across organizational boundaries. Bridging group and divisional interests, strategic priorities and business execution, and marketing and executive leadership, you create alignment, build commitment, and help the organization move forward with a shared sense of purpose.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English).
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
