As a Corporate performance and data analyst, you will be responsible for the process of collecting and interpreting SHE data in order to provide actionable insights that drive SHE performance. This includes the overall management of the SHE software platform. Reporting to the SHE Director you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SHE processes, monitor key metrics, and ensure compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Data processing, analysis and reporting:

  • Standardise and streamline data collection and maintain datasets to facilitate efficient analysis.
  • Develop and implement data processing workflow, in collaboration with cross functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights that support business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and anomalies. Use results to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Create reports & dashboards for the SHE  community and key stakeholders.
  • Provide training & support to the team on data related tools.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of SHE programs and initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

SHE software manager

  • Manage the development of the SHE software platform, in collaboration with project managers, external implementation partners and internal content providers.
  • Act as the SPOC for the platform for internal demands for improvement, as well as external changes (eg upgrades of the platform, added facilities, …). Closely collaborate with different stakeholders to define the required developments in order of priority.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of new modules as well as maintaining and optimizing existing modules.
  • Organize the process flows logically, assuring the system remains userfriendly.
  • Provide key user training and training packages to ensure the platform is clearly understood and can be correctly used.

You will be reporting to the SHE Director.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in data analysis, metrics management and reporting, preferably in a SHE context.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Enablon, Sharepoint, ...).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong team player. able to capture different requirements and condensate it into a clear improvement plan.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
