Main responsibilities and key tasks
- Your programs are linked to several Commercial Excellence initiatives around pricing excellence, digital marketing, B2B-commerce, CRM, ...
- Your job is to help oversee and coordinate the various projects, bring structure wherever needed
- Organize, prepare, and lead SteerCo meetings
- You will also be leading 2 or 3 projects yourself
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Competencies and skills
- You hold a bachelor or master degree, with a demonstrated track-record of 3 - 5 years in program and project management
- Strong affinity with CRM, E-Commerce, CPQ (ideally Salesforce) and SAP ERP
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Well organized and process orientated
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Languages
Strong written and spoken English skills
Dutch and/or French are a plus
