A new challenge?
As our Area Sales Manager, you will be expected to represent Berry Alloc in the territory of Greater China, and achieve Sales Budget, maintain and increase direct customer base, as well as develop sales opportunities in the distribution/wholesale/contract market segments.


Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Reach the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establish, maintain and expand your customer base for existing and future distribution, wholesale and contract business
  • Service the needs of your existing customers and demonstrate balanced territory coverage
  • Maximize the territorial product spread and market share by active prospection 
  • Contribute to increase the brand awareness in your sales area through efficient use of available marketing tools
  • Key Account Management
  • Develop sales strategies and setting targets
  • Analyze sales figures
  • Contribute towards the Company’s product and market development plans by collecting customer feedback and market research (keeping up to date with markets trends and competition developments)
  • Report to Regional Sales Manager on a weekly basis. Monthly submit the sales performance report reviewing on Customer and Product. Regular update on Competitor Activity

 Competences and skills

  • You have a solid working experience in a sales function for a foreign company on B2B sales of foreign-made / imported products,  towards distribution as well as contractors / project segment
  • You have knowledge/experience on flooring and / or interior decoration 
  • You are “Hunter” typed and willing to do lot of prospection (travelling), being pro-active in seeking business opportunities
  • You have strong account management skills and ability to think strategically


You have a good knowledge of English, spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset
