As Customer & Tender Support your responsibilities will be:

-Sport customer support to the tasks performed by the Sales Department. 

- Manage and follow-up on public tenders: filtering and search of tenders; analysis of the requirements to participate in the tender; preparation of administrative, technical, and economic documentation to participate in the tender; presentation of the documentation in the different electronic procurement platforms; follow-up of the status of the tenders submitted; preparation of documentation for awards/corrections, etc.; maintenance and updating of documentation to participate in tenders (Bidders' Register, etc.).

- Develop tenders in an internal program, giving support to the sales force.

- Support in the management of orders in the internal program.

- Develop dossiers and commercial documentation for tenders.

- Prepare reports, statistics, and other documentation as required by the Commercial Management.
- Monitoring production and commercial plan.

- Follow-up of awarded companies and customers.

Competences and skills:

-Degree or FP: Administration, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.

- Work experience: at least 2 years performing similar tasks.

- Commercial skills

- Good communication, organization, and planning skills

- Dynamism and proactivity

- Adaptability to change

Languages:

- English: Bilingual (B2-C1). Note: the interview will be in English. 

- Spanish: High level

- French is a plus.
