Quality Control Manager
Date: 27 Jan 2026
Location: Lyngdal, NO
Company: Beaulieu International Group
Build, influence, and improve – together with a popular and professional work environment in an international industrial group.
Are you a leadership type who wants more than to just manage? Do you get motivated by developing people, systems, and results – and want to leave a clear mark?
At Alloc, you will have a key role in further developing the quality work behind BerryAlloc – the world’s strongest flooring.
In this role, you will combine operational management, technical understanding, and strategic influence. You will build a strong quality team and further develop a modern QMS in an environment with short decision-making lines and a clear ambition to keep improving.
You will collaborate closely with skilled partners in production, management, and development.
Since this position is newly created, you will also have the opportunity to shape direction, structure, and culture. You will lead an operational quality team where quality is created – throughout the entire value chain.
Varied and Key Challenges:
- Lead and develop the quality team (personnel responsibility).
- Further develop and anchor Alloc’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct audits.
- Report and provide decision-making support to management.
- Drive improvement projects in close cooperation with production.
- Enhance quality awareness throughout the organization.
In summary, this is about a newly established key role with significant impact, high variety, and a clear place in the value chain.
You will have a central role with influence, a strong sense of community, and room to grow in an ambitious industrial environment.
There are also several good reasons to become a key player with us, such as:
- The opportunity to influence and further develop quality work in a forward-looking and change-oriented organization.
- A hands-on and visible role at the intersection of management and operational operations.
- An engaged and competent work environment with high professional and technical standards.
- Good opportunities for personal and professional development – also for a younger candidate who wants to grow into a leadership role.
- Workplace at our national headquarters in Lyngdal – an attractive area with good housing options and solid infrastructure.
Who are you?
We envision a practical, action-oriented leader who likes to make things happen – and who is motivated by solving challenges even better together.
We also believe you will recognize yourself in several of these qualities:
- Structured and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable in production-related environments.
- Clear and trust-building leader.
- Good at collaborating across disciplines and units.
- Committed to quality, customers, and continuous improvement.
The skills we are looking for
- You have professional expertise and practical insight – and are motivated by building quality through systems and people.
We also hope you recognize yourself in much of this: - Technical/relevant education and/or appropriate experience, preferably industrial.
- Expertise in quality management, preferably with knowledge of audits or improvement methodologies.
- Able to communicate well in Norwegian and adequately in English.
- Experience can compensate for formal education. Younger candidates with leadership ambitions are also encouraged to apply.
