As our company continues its transformation journey, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager who will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain. Your Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you will define and execute the supply chain strategy across the short, medium, and long term. You will translate business objectives into efficient demand, supply, and information flows while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Service, Aftersales, Procurement, Planning, Sample Room, Warehouse, and Logistics teams across multiple production sites.
  • Drive operational performance by monitoring and improving supply chain processes and KPIs, balancing Service, Cost, and Cash objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring daily operational challenges are resolved while proactively optimizing material and information flows.
  • Partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Translate supply chain performance data into actionable insights and operational reports.
  • Coach, mentor, and empower your teams, creating an environment of accountability, ownership, and professional growth.
  • Act as a change leader, supporting the ongoing transformation of the business and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

 

What You Bring


Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles.
  • Experience within the roll goods industry is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management.
  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities, combined with strategic thinking.
  • Inspiring leadership style with the ability to engage, develop, and motivate teams.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer requirements into efficient supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.


Languages

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
