Do you get energized by optimization, collaboration and creating measurable impact in an industrial environment? Then this role at Beaulieu may be the perfect fit for you.

Your role

As a Process Optimization Engineer, you play a key role in strengthening and sustainably improving our production and quality processes. You analyse existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete, implementable solutions. •    Implement new or adjusted ways of working on the shop floor.
•    Train and coach operators and shift leaders to ensure sustainable adoption of improvements.
•    Develop and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
•    Work in a structured and hands-on way within quality, safety and environmental requirements.
•    Build and share expertise in process technology and operational excellence.
•    Proactively signal operational risks and structural issues to the Operations Director.

Examples of projects you may work on:
•    optimisation of production flows and reduction of changeover and downtime losses
•    root cause analysis and structural resolution of quality deviations
•    standardisation and harmonisation of processes across multiple production sites

•    You combine strong analytical skills with a practical, hands-on mindset.
•    You communicate easily with operators, technical profiles and management.
•    You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented.
•    You have a good command of Dutch, French and English.
