Planning Excellence Manager

As Planning Excellence Manager, you drive planning excellence across the Group by designing, deploying and continuously improving end-to-end planning capabilities. You act as the Group expert for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and Planning Governance.
In this role, you help shape value that lasts by connecting business strategy, operational capabilities and supply chain execution through standardized planning processes, performance management and digital planning solutions. You take ownership of planning transformation initiatives and support the BIG Platforms in building stronger, more mature planning capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve end-to-end planning processes across demand, supply, inventory and logistics.
- Develop and maintain planning governance, planning standards and decision-making frameworks.
- Build scenario planning capabilities to support both strategic and operational decision-making.
- Support the implementation, deployment and optimization of planning systems and Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase service levels, planning reliability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct planning maturity assessments and benchmark planning practices across different platforms.
- Define and monitor planning KPIs to support performance management and drive improvement.
- Coach planning teams and contribute to capability-building initiatives throughout the organization.
Your profile
- You hold a higher education degree and bring at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning or related domein.
- You have proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end planning processes.
- You have experience leading planning transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
- You are comfortable working in international and multi-business environments.
- You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- You are a strong stakeholder manager with excellent facilitation and communication skills, enabling you to align different functions around common objectives.
