Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Management of the B.I.G. standard processes by consulting the business process owners
  • Advices about potential process improvements and taking care of the conceptual design of new requirements
  • Draw out of processes related to new requirements or process improvements
  • Support and accompany of the organization during change management projects


Competences and skills

  • Master degree or experience in similar function
  • A few years of experience in one of the following domains:
    • Master planning, S&OP and detailed scheduling
    • Operational excellence (Production,Maintenance & Quality)
    • Commercial excellence (Pricing, CRM)
  • Knowledge of ERP and other business applications
  • Customer-, team- and results oriented
  • Experience with implementation of change management projects 
  • Willing to travel (20%)



Excellent knowledge of Dutch, good command of English and French
