Residential Sales Manager Soft Flooring DACH

As Sales Manager Residential Soft Flooring, you will be expected to develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the identified sales objectives in the DACH region.


Competencies & skills


  • You hold a Bachelor/ Master Degree in commercial or equal through experience
  • You have minimum 5 years and ideally 10 years experience in a sales position in the Flooring sector
  • You have a good knowledge of MS office, SAP would be an advantage
  • You work result driven
  • You are customer oriented
  • You are a strategic thinker and solution oriented
  • You know how to negotiate
  • You are willing and able to do extensive travelling, additional trips to HQ for sales meetings and product trainings
  • You are a hands on, dynamic and ambitious person

Main responsibilities & key tasks


  • Together with the RSM DACH, you gradually take responsibility for the Residential segment for Tuft, NeedleFelt and Artificial Grass.
  • You realise sales and profitability targets
  • You manage prices, samples, delivery times, etc. You proactively take the necessary measures to achieve the respective targets.
  • You coordinate the maintenance and expansion of the customer base for existing and future sales channels. You determine sales opportunities/ prospecting and coordinate the realisation.
  • You contribute to the company’s product and market development plans by gathering customer feedback and market research.
  • You contribute to increasing brand awareness in your region by efficiently using the available marketing tools
  • You contribute to national and international sales meetings
  • You maintain close contact with & service needs of major accounts (KAM)
  • You take care of the weekly reporting to RSM DACH
  • You attend professional fairs and organise local events
